Coffee shop counter with clear plexi bean pipelines running overhead into a row of copper grinders
Mersin, Türkiye

Your beans should fly, not be carried.

We build pneumatic bean distribution systems for coffee shops and roasters. A blower lifts roasted beans through clear plexi pipelines, a rotary distributor routes them, and every grinder and display silo on your counter fills itself.

How it works

Five parts, one continuous path from silo to grinder.

Nothing is scooped, lifted or spilled. Air does the work, and the whole journey stays visible to your staff and your customers.

01

Bulk Silo

Roasted beans are loaded once into the source hopper. It becomes the single point you refill.

02

Blower Unit

A centrifugal blower generates the airstream that lifts and carries the beans through the line.

03

Plexi Pipeline

Transparent acrylic tube runs the beans overhead. The travelling product becomes part of your shop's display.

04

Rotary Distributor

A motorised round distributor indexes to the outlet you select, sending that batch down the right branch.

05

Grinders & Silos

Beans land in the destination grinder hopper or display silo. Refilled without anyone leaving the counter.

The heart of the system

A rotary distributor that decides where every batch goes.

Mounted overhead and driven by its own motor, the distributor turns to align the incoming bean line with one of its outlets — then releases. One inlet feeds many destinations without a single extra blower.

  • Multi-outlet head. Machined port plate, sized to the number of grinders and silos you run.
  • Positional control. The head indexes to the selected outlet and holds while the batch passes.
  • Ceiling mounted. Lives above the counter, so it takes no working space from your baristas.
  • Serviceable build. Bolted plates and standard fittings — openable for cleaning and inspection.

Components

Every part built in our own workshop.

We machine, assemble, wire and test the whole system before it ships — then install and commission it on your counter.

Plexi Pipeline

Clear acrylic tube and bends, routed along your ceiling line so the beans stay on show.

Display Silos

Graduated transparent silos with dosing funnels — labelled per blend, filled from the line.

Counter-top panel with touchscreen and a clear dosing chamber, so the operator drives the whole line from one point.

Cyclone Chamber

Beans drop out of the airstream in a clear chamber, so you can see the separation happening.

Why shops install it

It saves labour, and it sells coffee.

A pneumatic line removes the sacks, the scoops and the spills from behind your counter — while turning the refill itself into something customers stop and watch.

  • No lifting. Staff stop hauling bean sacks along the counter during service.
  • A moving display. Clear pipes make the product visible — the system is its own advertisement.
  • Any bean, any grinder. Route any blend to any destination without re-plumbing.
  • Cleaner counter. Beans stay enclosed from silo to hopper, so spillage and dust drop away.
  • Fits your room. Pipe runs, drop points and outlet count are designed around your layout.
Built to order

Specified around your counter, not a catalogue.

Every install is different, so the system is configured after a site survey. These are the variables we set with you.
